Full Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, providing expert technical advice and support.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to foster long-term relationships.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase product and industry awareness.
Develop content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and emailcampaigns.
Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions, explaining complexconcepts in an easily understandable manner.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights and customerfeedback for product improvements.

Main Duties

Create compelling sales presentations and technical product demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitable deals for the company.
Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote productsand services.
Prepare detailed technical proposals and reports for clients and management.
Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal staff to ensure proper understandingand usage of technical products.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Provide after-sales support and address any technical issues or concerns raised by clients.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing

Skills

Product knowledge: A deep understanding of the technical products and services being sold,including features, benefits, and applications.
Technical communication: The ability to explain complex concepts and processes in simple, clearlanguage that prospects can understand.
Sales skills: Persuasion techniques, marketing strategies, and the ability to close deals
Problem-solving: The capacity to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and handle objectionsduring the sales process.
Adaptability: The ability to think quickly and handle changes in customer needs or marketconditions.
Technical demonstration: Proficiency in showcasing product features and benefits throughcompelling presentations.
Active listening: The skill to understand customer needs and pain points by attentively listening totheir concerns.
Time management: The ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
Business acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics.
Negotiation: The ability to discuss and agree on contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
These skills combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal and sales abilities, enabling therepresentative to effectively create product awareness, generate new business, and maintainlong-term client relationships.
