Full Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a Part Time clerical role. We are flexible to work with the needs of the right person. You will be responsible for various clerical duties which may including banking, costing, bank reconciliation.

Your responsibilities:

Assisting with dealership administration.
Accounts Receivable.
Banking
Bank Rec
Costing
Scanning
Assist with phones.
Using the dealership’s computer systems to provide administrative support to the sales team.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
Excellent clerical skills.
A friendly and approachable personality and always willing to help.
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Hold a current driver’s license
Reliable and Punctual
Previous administration experience will be essential.
Suggesting 9am to 2:30pm. 25hrs per week.
