Front of House (FOH) Bistro Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our customer service team and oversee the daily operations of the bistro.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage and train FOH staff, including rosters and attendance.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.
Manage bookings, functions, and special events.
Operate and reconcile the POS system, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service.

Reporting To

Reports directly to the Venue Manager or General Manager and works closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $166,913.07 per year
