Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and cleaning
Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray equipment
Ensure a high-quality finish that meets company standards
Maintain painting equipment and work areas
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous spray-painting experience preferred
Knowledge of paint systems, preparation techniques, and finishing processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
