Office Administration Officer – Join the QCCS Head Office Team

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Office Administration Officer to join our dynamic Head Office team based in Logan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in providing exceptional support, and is looking to grow their career within a well-established and respected organisation.

At QCCS, you'll become part of a passionate team dedicated to supporting high-quality early childhood education services across Queensland. Every day is different, offering the chance to develop your skills, build valuable industry knowledge, and make a meaningful contribution to our organisation.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the Role
As an Office Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Centre Directors, Management Team, and Head Office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing professional administrative support to Centre Directors and Management staff
Managing data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Scanning, organising, and maintaining electronic records and documentation
Assisting with general office administration and project support
Responding to enquiries and maintaining effective communication across the organisation
Undertaking additional administrative tasks as required

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
The successful applicant will possess:

A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
