Our busy and professional physiotherapy clinics are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. This role can be part-time or full-time for the right candidate, with considerable hours available across both locations.
This is more than “just a reception job.” We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a positive mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop within our clinic.

About the Role
As the face of the clinic, you will:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments and bookings
- Handle phone calls and patient enquiries
- Process payments and manage basic administrative tasks
- Support clinicians and help maintain smooth daily operations
- Back end administration
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment

- Confident using computers and learning new systems

- Professional in presentation and conduct
Experience in medical reception or allied health is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.

Pay: $24.95 – $37.00 per hour
