Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has strong coordination skills, and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Contributing to the planning, development, and review of office services, including setting priorities and maintaining service standards
Allocating human resources, office space, and equipment to support operational needs
Assigning tasks to staff and monitoring performance to ensure quality and productivity
Managing office records, documentation, and financial accounts accurately and efficiently
Liaising with professionals and internal stakeholders to coordinate office activities and resolve operational issues
Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained and readily available
Maintaining compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and workplace policies
Ensuring all work practices comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures
Coordinating HR-related activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, training, performance management, and staff supervision

About You

You are someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing office systems and people. You have strong communication skills, can prioritise effectively, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Bachelor Degree (Required
Previous experience in office administration or similar coordination role
Strong knowledge of office systems, HR processes, and compliance requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Pay: $78,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
