ABOUT US

MSR Electrical & Solar is a family owned and operated business specialising in electrical, Solar and Battery installations across residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on providing high quality workmanship, excellent customer service and maintaining a strong reputation within the industry.
Due to the continued growth, we are looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice to join our team and grow with the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands on role working alongside experienced electricians across a variety of solar, battery and general electrical installations. You will gain valuable industry experience while working on both residential and commercial projects throughout the Newcastle and Central Coast region
Solar and Battery training will be provided to the right candidate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting with Solar & Battery installations
Residential and commercial electrical work
Cable runs, fit offs and commissioning assistance
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Working effectively within a team and independently when required
Delivering high quality workmanship and customer service

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will:

Currently completing your 3rd or 4th year Electrical Apprentice
Solar experience is an advantage but not essential
Hold a current Australian Drivers License
Hold a current white card/general construction Induction card
Have a working Safely at Heights certification (preferred but not essential)
Demonstrate good communication and time management skills
Be reliable, motivated and willing to learn
Work independently and as part of a team
