The team delivers services focused on physical & psychosocial safety, organisational performance, wellbeing and employee engagement. Our work supports organisations to design healthier systems of work, manage psychosocial risk, improve leadership capability and strengthen workplace culture.
The team of Organisational Psychologists, WHS Specialists, Return to Work Specialists and clients to scope, plan and deliver evidence‑based services aligned to contemporary work health and safety and wellbeing frameworks.
About the Role
As a Workplace Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Workplace Health & Safety, Return to Work and Organisational Services consultants. This role is suited to someone who enjoys coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and supporting professional service delivery.
You will work closely with the team and clients to scope and develop proposals, schedule and coordinate work, and support consultants in delivering high‑quality services.
This is a full‑time permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Client & Service Coordination

Supporting the team in scoping client needs and developing proposals

Liaising with internal and external clients via phone and email, including meeting and greeting

Coordinating and scheduling service delivery across organisational psychologists, RTW Coordinators and WHS Consultants

Acting as a key point of contact to support a positive and professional client experience
Operational & Administrative Support

Diary and calendar management for consultants and service delivery
-
Scheduling workshops, assessments, meetings and other service activities

Preparing internal and external reports and documentation
-
Data entry, file creation and document management
-
Invoicing and supporting accurate financial administration
-
Assisting with ad‑hoc projects aligned to organisational services and wellbeing initiatives
Team Support

Supporting consultants and team members to deliver services efficiently and effectively

Assisting with internal coordination to ensure workloads are balanced and delivery timelines are met

Contributing to continuous improvement of coordination and administrative processes
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has an interest or background in mental health, organisational development, WHS, or return to work

Enjoys working in a professional services environment

Is organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues

Has strong attention to detail and administration skills

Enjoys supporting work that improves wellbeing, safety and performance at work
