In this role, you will:
-
Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employment
-
Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
-
Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
-
Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal

Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

You’ll also need to have:

Minimum 18 months plus experience in occupational rehabilitation

Direct working experience working with Icare Insurance
-
Ideally have worked with corporate customers
-
Professional registration with AHPRA (OT) or (Physio), ESSA (AEP)

A current Working with Children Check
-
Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
