Forms Express are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can generate leads, create opportunities and become a market expert to support our growth.

Forms Express, part of Valsoft Corporation revolutionizes the way payment solutions are delivered. Our innovative and flexible payment options are tailored to meet the unique needs of local government billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate qualified leads.
Market Expertise: Quickly become a subject matter expert in our payment solutions and how they can benefit local government.
Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work closely with our Head of Sales to transition generated leads into the sales pipeline for closing.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update an organized pipeline of potential clients and follow up diligently to keep leads warm.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.

About You:

Sales Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a proven track record of finding and creating sales opportunities.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Market Knowledge: Experience in the local government sectors is a plus, but a quick learner with a passion for these areas is essential.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media for lead generation.
Goal-Oriented: A relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
