About the role
As a Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant, you’ll work across multiple areas of the venue, delivering friendly service and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide customer service across gaming, bar and bistro areas
- Support gaming floor operations and compliance requirements
- Serve food and beverages in a busy venue environment
- Maintain clean, safe and well-presented venue spaces
- Assist customers with enquiries and general venue support
- Work closely with the team during busy service periods
What we’re looking for
- Positive attitude and reliable approach to work
- Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team
- Hospitality or gaming experience preferred, but not essential
- Current RSA & RCG certificates, ARCG preferred or willingness to obtain
- Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
