We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our expanding team. We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in delivering innovative automation solutions across a range of complex and rewarding projects.

Work directly with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of work

Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions

Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness

Provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)

Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell ControlLogix and PanelView
-
Drives experience highly desirable

Honeywell Experion experience preferred

Proven background working with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks

Minimum 5 years’ experience in control systems engineering within heavy industry or similar environments

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in brownfield, operational plant environments

Strong client engagement and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Monday to Friday, onsite role

Client is open to remote work for suitably experienced candidates who meet the technical and engagement requirements

Current Australian driver’s licence

Ability to commit to a 12‑month secondment

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience in programming and commissioning control systems

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
