Administrative Assistant
Developing a Talent pool for full-time (35 hours per week), part-time and casual roles
This Talent Pool is being created for future Ongoing, Temporary and casual roles that may arise over the next 18 months.
Salary relative to experience, and ranges from:

Casual Hourly rate $41.67 per hour plus casual loading of $10.37 on weekdays, $24.05 on Saturdays and $34.41 on Sundays
$70,694 -$76,857 pa + employer's contribution to superannuation

Locations - Depot Beach and Pretty Beach Offices (between Ulladulla and Batemans Bay)

About the role
National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for an Administrative Officer to join the team and contribute to delivering exceptional visitor experiences across Shoalhaven’s National Parks. These positions are currently offered on a casual basis, with potential for part-time or full-time opportunities in the future.

In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative team, providing high-quality administrative support. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and events, managing records and systems, and delivering outstanding customer service from one of our two campsite locations.

From supporting day-to-day operations to contributing during critical incidents like fire management or search and rescue, your work will make a real difference.

About You
You’re organised, detail-focused and enjoy working in customer service. You bring some administration experience, confidence with systems and processes and a passion for delivering high-quality support.

Essential requirements

Experience in administration including the use of computer based systems such as word processing, spreadsheet and records management and records management systems.
Knowledge of financial and human resource management procedures, policies and practices.
