Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and people-first individual to join our team, to help scale session delivery while maintaining The Box standard of coaching, culture, education, and member experience.

The right candidate needs to share the following values:

Experience is valuable. But attitude, effort, and buy-in matter more.

Role includes:

Deliver SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) sessions - morning, lunchtime, and afternoon/evening
Build relationships with members and drive our culture
Support the transition and development of members through their journey
Assist with planning community events
Assist in daily marketing efforts
Support our NDIS participants on a 1-1 level

Job requirements:

Certificate III & IV in Fitness
Current First Aid & CPR
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

25–30 hours per week, with the potential for more and a pathway to a permanent salaried position. Pay rate based on experience.
