Looking to kick-start your career in sales? Join Criterion Industries as an Internal Sales Rep, where you’ll be on the front line generating new opportunities, speaking with potential clients, and building the foundations of a successful sales career.

Australian family owned and operated since 1981, we are Criterion Industries! We specialise in superior-quality aluminium partitioning systems, sliding systems, doors and hardware accessories, we are consistently designing innovative systems for the commercial and residential building industry.

We are on the hunt for our next full time Internal Sales Rep team member to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our office in Epping, VIC.

This role will operate full-time, 5 days per week (Mon-Fri).

Requirements

As an Internal Sales Rep, you'll get to:

Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate new business opportunities
Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Accurately track activity and pipeline metrics in our CRM
Work closely with the Sales team to support revenue targets
Deliver a high level of customer service while building and maintaining client relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
Assist with basic proposals and presentations where required

Enjoy proactive outbound calling and investigating opportunities to build relationships with new customers.
You may already be familiar with the building and construction industry - and have a passion for relationship building within the industry.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be a bonus!
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
