About the role
As a Hostpitality staff member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to Defence personnel, visitors, and staff. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and experience in hospitality or food service environments.
The position includes:

Serving Military Personnel during breakfast, lunch, dinners and key events

Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift

Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)

Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
-
Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed

Following food safety and hygiene standards

Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
About you

Demonstrated prior experience in hospitality & catering services

Current Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Ideal)

Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service.

Be an Australian Citizen (for security clearance)
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check
