Boilermaker – Workshop Role (Withcott)

Our specialised workshop in Withcott is busy, and we’re growing the team. This is a permanent position where you’ll be working on Well Servicing and Drilling equipment, supporting both workshop operations and the broader Ventia business.
What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out fabrication and welding on a range of equipment

Inspecting, servicing, and repairing components to keep equipment in good working order

Working from engineering drawings and building to required tolerances

Completing work in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards

Keeping on top of reports, timesheets, and repair documentation
