REQUIREMENTS

Wisemans Inn Hotel are currently on the lookout for a Duty Manager to join our team to assist the Licensee to successfully operate the Hotel! If you believe you are a hard worker with great customer service skills then this is for you.

Skills & Experience

Background and previous experience in hospitality or fast learner we are happy to train you as long as you are passionate & come from hospitality
Passionate about customer experience and dedicated to exceptional customer service
Seeking ongoing learning and exposure to business.
Driven to learn, grow and advance your career
An RSA and RCG certificate and the ability to confidently act on these requirements
TAB, Keno, Gaming, Bistro & Bottleshop
Accommodation/Motel (Experienced not necessary)

Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting the Licensee in day to day operations
Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regards to customer service, compliance, venue cleanliness & presentation at all times
Opening and closing the venue
Cash handling and reconciling
Overseeing all areas of the venue and managing staff with their roles
Conflict resolution in a professional manner
Hands on role in all areas of the venue as required
Training and management of staff
Ability to multi-task and make decisions effectively

Full time salaried position with a flexible roster including day, night and weekend work.

p.s......no late nights as we are a midnight closer...

Pay: $75,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year
