Based in St Marys, NSW, we have built a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

The Role

You will play a key role in product design, engineering improvement, and production support, including:

CAD design and drafting using AutoCAD Fusion
Product design, reverse engineering, and continuous improvement
Supporting manufacturing, assembly, and production efficiency
ERP system management and resource planning
Solving engineering and production challenges
Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Australian Mechanical Engineering qualifications, or a trade background with extensive hands-on experience and proven CAD/design capability
Strong CAD skills, particularly AutoCAD Fusion
Experience in mechanical equipment and component design
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to quality
Full working rights in Australia

Industrial machinery design experience will be highly regarded.
