Job Description
Based in Adelaide’s CBD, this role presents an outstanding opportunity to join one of the most active and dynamic Large Format Retail (LFR) teams in Australia. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile LFR projects across South Australia, with a particular focus on Adelaide’s evolving retail landscape and emerging mixed-use developments.
Working alongside a highly experienced national platform, you will be responsible for the leasing of Large Format Retail showrooms and the successful delivery of new retail projects across the local market. The role also places a strong emphasis on asset repositioning and value-add strategies, driving improved performance across existing assets.
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the growth and direction of the Large Format Retail business line, with a focus on driving performance, profitability, and sustainable outcomes within the Adelaide market

Support the development and execution of the national LFR team’s long-term strategy and business planning initiatives

Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities across South Australia

Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality submissions, including resourcing strategies, risk assessments, and financial modelling

Manage and execute leasing campaigns across both existing assets and new development projects
Qualifications

Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence

Proven experience in leasing and/or sales across Retail, Industrial, or Commercial property sectors

Strong negotiation capabilities, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation and current market dynamics

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders

A proactive, driven, and collaborative approach, with a strong commitment to achieving results
