FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER – HOMEGROUND
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team at Homeground.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, leads by example, and genuinely loves people, coffee, hospitality, and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the front of house team day-to-day
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Running smooth and efficient service during busy periods
- Supporting and training staff to uphold company standards
- Managing floor flow, team communication, and customer experience
- Assisting with rostering, staff direction, and daily operations
- Monitoring cleanliness, presentation, and café atmosphere
- Handling customer concerns professionally and proactively
- Working closely with kitchen and coffee team to ensure seamless service
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a café environment
- Must have strong coffee knowledge and experience behind the machine
- Confident in fast-paced takeaway and dine-in service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and urgency during service
- Warm, positive, and customer-focused personality
- Someone who genuinely loves community and building relationships with people
- Flexible availability including weekends

Pay: $54,637.38 – $81,366.12 per year
