Love your job and work in a dynamic, fun environment! We are looking for casual legends to join our team at Flip Out Derrimut. We want people who don’t just want a job, but want to be part of a movement. If you are available on weekends and school holidays and ready to bring the hype, we want to hear from you!

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Store Managers, you’ll be the heartbeat of the park. Your mission includes:

Safety Superstars: Supervising customers on the trampolines (like a lifeguard for the air!).
Party Heroes: Hosting epic parties, selling the "Flip Out" experience, and managing deadlines with a smile.
Arena Maintenance: Keeping our park clean and up to the "sky-high" standards our guests deserve.

ABOUT YOU

Industry experience isn't essential—for us, it’s all about attitude and ability. We are looking for:

Energy: An enthusiastic, outgoing attitude toward every customer.
Communication: Strong verbal skills, confidence, and assertiveness.
Team Players: Approachable people who want to inspire others and work as a team.
Organization: The ability to work under pressure while wearing a huge smile.

THE REQUIREMENTS

A good attitude and work ethic.
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to get one).
Working with Children Check (if you are over 18).
Ability to work weekends and school holidays.
Bonus Points: If you have entertainment experience or a background working with young people!
