We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting sales initiatives that drive business growth.

In this role, you’ll be a key first point of contact for clients, delivering a professional, responsive customer experience while supporting service standards and branch sales outcomes:
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer enquiries
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly, resolving or escalating as needed
- Support clients by phone, email, and online
- Assist with onboarding and promote Grace’s services and processes
- Provide customer web training and system/process guidance
- Support branch sales, marketing campaigns, and outbound call programs
- Identify sales opportunities and support proposals where needed
- Support account managers with Level 1 enquiries, projects, and service requests
- Set up accounts, issue welcome packs, and complete verification tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records
- Record enquiries, feedback, and actions taken accurately
- Help achieve monthly sales, service, and branch performance targets
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service, ideally in an office, branch, or contact centre
- Strong communication skills across phone, online, and in-person interactions
- Sound problem-solving skills, judgement, and initiative
- Strong attention to detail, administration, and data entry skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, or the ability to learn quickly
- A proactive, accountable, and self-driven approach
- A positive attitude and genuine focus on customer experience
- Ability to work well in a team and manage competing priorities independently
- Strong time management, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
