Are you an experienced paediatric OT ready to step into a clinical leadership role where your expertise is truly valued? RCOT is a dynamic, purpose-built paediatric occupational therapy clinic in Willagee, Perth, and we're looking for a passionate Senior OT to join our growing team.

This is a rare opportunity to combine a fulfilling clinical caseload with genuine leadership influence — mentoring junior therapists, contributing to service development, and helping shape outstanding outcomes for children aged 0–18 and their families.

About RCOT

RCOT is a paediatric OT clinic that takes great pride in both the quality of our clinical work and the culture of our team. We support children and young people with a wide range of presentations including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Global Developmental Delay, Tourette's, Down Syndrome, neurological differences, gender identity, and mental health. Our approach is holistic, family-centred, and deeply evidence-based.

Beyond individual therapy, we run school holiday group programs in the community — giving our clients meaningful opportunities to socialise, build friendships, and thrive with peers in a safe and comfortable environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead comprehensive assessments and apply advanced clinical reasoning across complex paediatric presentations.
Design and oversee evidence-based, individualised treatment plans that empower children and their support networks.
Deliver direct OT services across areas including sensory integration, fine and gross motor development, emotional regulation, and self-care — in clinic, at home, and in school settings.
Provide clinical mentorship to junior and graduate therapists, actively contributing to their professional growth and confidence.
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, holistic care.
Support parent and family education, equipping caregivers with strategies that extend therapy gains into everyday life.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and help shape the clinical direction of the team.
Maintain high-quality documentation and client records in line with AHPRA standards.

About You

Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration (mandatory).
Significant experience in paediatric OT, with a strong track record managing complex and diverse caseloads.
Minimum of 3-5 years of paediatric occupational therapy experience required for this senior leadership position.
Advanced clinical skills in paediatric assessment and intervention, particularly across sensory, motor, and emotional domains.
A natural mentor — someone who energises and elevates the clinicians around them.
Excellent communication skills with children, families, and cross-disciplinary colleagues.
Confident, organised, and able to balance caseload demands with wider team responsibilities.
A genuine commitment to continued learning and evidence-based practice.
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain), and a current WA Driver's Licence.

Competitive above-award salary of $100,000 – $130,000 + Super, commensurate with experience.
