About the Role
We currently have opportunities for Allied Health Assistants to come on board as employees.
This role may suit you if you are:
- A Childcare/OSHC educator
- A Disability Support Worker
- An Allied Health Assistant with at least 3 years’ experience (optional)
- A current therapy student
- A qualified teacher looking to transition into allied health
Our caseload model is intentionally designed to prevent burnout, allowing sufficient time for:
- Session planning
- Travel
- Client contact
- Progress notes
- Reflection
- Case conferencing with colleagues
Your caseload will include a balance of:
- Hands-on group-based appointments
- Manualised and customised services
- Support for clients with disabilities
