About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator at Nellie Melba Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill. This is a Full Time role working Monday to Friday with an 08:00am start.

At Ryman, our Resident Services Coordinator wears many hats. Some duties within this role include:
- Lead the effective delivery of the village resident service functions including; triaging enquiries, updating resident information, collaborating with accounts and acting as village reception / administration
- Be responsible for the delivery of resident activities - this includes happy hours (Thursday's are the best day of the week in a Ryman village) and various outings
Collaborate with the Sales Advisor and Regional Operations Managers in regards to village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions and open days

- Have proven experience in an administration support role in a fast-paced and varied environment
- Be skilled at juggling conflicting priorities
- Be comfortable working independently - as a result of this be prepared to learn new skills
- Enjoy building meaningful relationships with our staff, our residents and their families
- Place a high emphasis on customer service and work hard to deliver exceptional service to our residents
- Have outstanding communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated and have very strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Team player and very strong with technology
