The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic CNC Machinist who will be responsible for setting and running their machines. You will be able to work a schedule and communicate effectively with staff.

Based from our factory in Fairfield, the role requires someone who is creative and passionate about machining.

Tasks and accountabilities

Program, set and operate CNC machining centres and lathes
Use CAM software (Esprit)
Read and program machines per engineering drawing requirements
Be familiar with Fanuc controls
Participate in receiving and leading training of others
Can work unsupervised and work to a schedule
Ability to be given a series of jobs and decipher the most effective and efficient way to process multiple jobs
Manage and guide a small team to help accomplish work and set goals
Be honest, reliable and hardworking
