About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Full Stack Software Developer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our team in Sutherland.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and collaborating within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack software applications
Work across backend and frontend technologies
Research and integrate third-party software solutions
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Participate in software design and architecture discussions
Maintain source control and development documentation
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Deliver high-quality solutions with strong attention to detail

Technical Skills

Proven experience in Full Stack Development
Strong programming skills in:
C / C++
C#
Understanding of:
JavaScript
HTML
CSS
Web frontend technologies
Experience with:
TFS / Source Control
Relational databases
Microsoft SQL Server
ORM technologies

Core Competencies

Ability to research autonomously and provide practical technical solutions
Commercial acumen / operating to agreed financial estimates
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain English
