We are currently taking expressions of interest for three varied full-time permanent positions.

Customer Experience Representative: Your focus will be a mix of proactive customer outreach and reactive support to ensure our customers renew their filters and continue enjoying clean and healthy water.
Customer Service Consultant: You'll work with customers to troubleshoot their issues and find practical solutions to their concerns. Ensuring you deliver a premium service with every interaction.
Outbound Scheduler: You'll connect with interested customers, understand their needs, share the value of clean, filtered water, and schedule in a consultation.

What We Are Looking For:

You are a clear, friendly, and professional communicator who loves talking to people and building rapport.
You are comfortable working toward goals, KPIs, or team targets (whether that means closing a deal, booking an consultation, or maintaining a high customer satisfaction score).
You take pride in accuracy, get the "small things" right, and can type notes while chatting on the phone.
Comfortable learning new software, CRMs, and internal communication systems quickly.
