ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposals Coordinator to join our Pre-Contracts team in Wangara. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in securing new work by coordinating the development of high-quality tender submissions, expressions of interest, prequalifications and client presentations.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Coordinate the preparation and delivery of tenders, EOIs and prequalification submissions.
Prepare bid plans, manage submission timelines and coordinate review meeting requests to support compliant, on-time delivery.
Work closely with Pre-Contracts Managers, Bid Managers, Estimators and operational teams to source and develop submission content.
Monitor tender inbox correspondence and download tender documents, addenda and related information.
Maintain CRM records, tender portals, bid reports, SharePoint sites, tender folders and document control records.
Develop and maintain bid library content, CVs, project case studies, project profiles and reusable proposal material.

To be successful, you will have:

Experience in bids, tendering, marketing, communications or administration highly regarded, but not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Collaborative working style and confidence engaging with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Valid Australian working rights.
