Full Job Description

Are you a passionate pharmacist seeking a change from traditional retail pharmacy into a more clinically focused role within community practice?

We are looking for a permanent part-time pharmacist to join our aged care pharmacy team for 1-2 full days per week.

This role is ideal for a pharmacist who is organised, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.

Key responsibilities include

Clinical review of medication chart changes and dispensing of aged care prescriptions
Reviewing medication orders for accuracy and compliance
Liaising with nursing staff, prescribers, and aged care staff
Supporting medication packing/checking and supply workflow
Ensuring timely and accurate medication supply to aged care facilities

About you

Current AHPRA pharmacist registration
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous aged care or community pharmacy experience preferred, but not essential, training will be provided
