We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses across our facilities for a range of morning shifts (weekdays only) across our Jacaranda Lodge and Wanneroo Community Nursing Home sites on a casual basis - for an immediate start!

Elderbloom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit organisation situated in the northern suburbs and we offer a range of high-quality aged care accommodation and support services.

As an Elderbloom Registered Nurse, dependent on your scope of practice and as member of the clinical and care team, you will be:

Providing high-quality resident-focused clinical care and support
Working collaboratively with management and fellow clinical and care team members
Motivating, leading and supervising care and support services staff
Completing reporting and documentation requirements

To be a successful applicant, you will be/have:

Registered without conditions or notations as a RN with AHPRA
A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
A person-centered approach to your role with a focus on customer service
Computer literacy and good communication skills

Essential criteria for this position include:

Minimum of 1 years' experience in an aged care setting
Relevant AHPRA registration
Proof of 2026 flu vaccination status
Current National Police Certificate (minimum of 6 months) or willing to undergo a Criminal Clerance Check
Right to work in Australia
