About the role

Hare Family Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in Esperance, WA. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our thriving restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
Liaise with the management team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and developing the restaurant team
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and food safety regulations
Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control and cost control
Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
