Your Role
You’ll help create high-end outdoor environments using natural stone, pavers, limestone, and other materials.
Your responsibilities include:
- Installing pavers, tiles, and natural stone for patios, paths, and pool surrounds
- Cutting, shaping, and polishing stone and bricks to precise dimensions
- Reading and interpreting landscape design plans and elevations
- Installing edging, walls, retaining structures, and steps
- Operating equipment: skid-steers, mini-excavators, plate compactors, and stone saws
- Maintaining a clean, safe worksite and caring for tools and machinery
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hardscape or masonry experience
- Strong understanding of construction and landscape installation
- Ability to read and speak English fluently — communication and safety instructions are in English
- Blueprint reading and practical problem-solving skills
- Experience with retaining walls, paving, and outdoor stonework
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Valid manual driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Applicants must be under 43 years old (for Australian visa eligibility purposes, if required)
- Bonus: masonry, veneer, or artistic stone experience
