About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused Multi-Skilled Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery across our civil construction and mining projects, contributing to high-quality project delivery within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Mandatory Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and tickets:
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Apply First Aid Certificate
- 4WD Certificate
- Fire Extinguisher Training
- Tickets: Grader, Excavator, Watercart, Loader and Roller
- Clean National Police Clearance
- Proof of full Australian working rights
Experience & Attributes
- Proven experience on mine sites and/or civil construction projects
- An uncompromised, proactive commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS)
- Demonstrated ability to work productively and adapt to remote camp environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
