About the Role We are seeking a Carpenter to join our established team in Cranbrook WA. The successful candidate will be utilised in a multi-skilled capacity and will be willing to assist across labouring, operating, civil, mechanical, structural, and piping works as required. The roster is 2:1 DIDO, with accommodation and meals included with an immediate start available for suitable candidates. We offer an attractive hourly rate, a Project Bonus Scheme (PBS), and superannuation paid on all hours worked. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, trade-qualified, and experienced in mining, civil, and construction works. We are looking for a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Skills and Experience As part of our team, you will be expected to:

Carry out formwork for footings, foundations, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Erect and install prefabricated systems safely and accurately.
- Set out structures to ensure correct alignment and dimensions.
- Undertake steel fixing and concreting tasks as required.
- Work safely in excavations, including preparation, shoring and compliance requirements.
- Complete levelling of footings and trenches to specification.
You will be required to have:

Experience and confidence in formwork, steel fixing, and concreting.
- Ability to finish concrete and lead a small team in minor concrete works.
- Ability to read and execute construction plans.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a trade-qualified carpenter in a mining or construction environment, including concrete finishing experience.
- Nationally Recognised Construction Induction Card, White Card.
