About Jina Windscreens
Jina Windscreens is a new mobile windscreen supply, fitting, and repair business operating across the Pilbara region of Western Australia. We serve fleet operators, mining companies, contractors, and individual customers — bringing professional on-site windscreen services directly to our clients across one of Australia's most active industrial regions.
We are growing quickly and are looking for a qualified Auto Glazier to join our team at the ground level — someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something built to last.
About the Role
- Repair, replace, and fit windscreens on all types of motor vehicles to Australian Standards
- Complete ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) re-calibrations as required
- Travel to customer sites to deliver mobile, on-site windscreen services
- Complete all work professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Work independently with honesty, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
- Work Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday and overtime availability
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience fitting and repairing windscreens to Australian Standards
- Glazing Work (GLW) class of repair licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Customer-focused and takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles; truck licence preferred but not essential
- Reliable, honest, and positive — able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full Australian working rights required
