Description & Requirements

Monadelphous seek Piping Superintendents to join our Engineering Construction Division, working one of our major oil & gas projects on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role will include opportunity to work on day or night shift with a generous salary package and allowances.

We are offering this position for candidates across Australia, with point of hire flights paid from any capital city.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate Piping teams delivering works on site.
Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.

What you’ll bring:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the oil & gas industry in Superintendent roles on LNG construction projects
LNG Construction project experience in Australia, managing Piping scope.
Trade qualification relevant to piping or higher qualification
Proof of right to work in Australia. Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
