About the Role
Major Blue Air is seeking a motivated and organised Bookkeeper / Receptionist to join our growing team in Perth.
This role combines bookkeeping, accounts administration, customer service, and general office support. The successful candidate will play an important role in the daily operations of the business and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in bookkeeping, administration, reception, or office management looking for a stable long-term role.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations and invoice processing
- Payroll assistance and financial data entry
- Managing emails, phone calls, and customer enquiries
- Reception and front office duties
- Booking management and scheduling
- Filing, record keeping, and document control
- Supporting management with administration tasks
- Maintaining accurate records using Xero, MYOB, or similar software
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, administration, or reception
- Experience using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
