Looking for a fitness space that actually feels good to be part of?

Haven is a body-positive, LGBTQ+ inclusive fitness & yoga studio in Sydney’s Inner West. Originally founded as a women’s space, Haven has evolved alongside our community and now warmly welcomes women, non-binary and trans folk in a supportive, inclusive environment centred around safety, connection and compassionate movement.

We’re growing our casual team and looking for warm, community-minded trainers for:

casual covers
regular shifts (negotiable times)
flexible opportunities that can grow over time.

This role is ideal for someone values-aligned, wanting flexible work in a special, genuinely supportive space.

Our Trainers lead:

small group classes (depending on your area of expertise - eg strength, cardio, boxing, Pilates, yoga)
one-on-one & semi-private PT

On top of this, as a small team we all pitch in and help with:

creating an amazing client experience
studio care & upkeep
community connection & support

We’re looking for people who:

are warm, approachable & reliable
align with HAES/body-positive values
can support clients without diet culture or body shaming
enjoy working with diverse bodies, ages & abilities
love creating welcoming, empowering spaces
