At Ingot Hotel Perth, we pride ourselves on creating a genuine “home away from home” experience for our guests through warm, professional, and memorable service. As an award-winning, full-service hotel with a strong corporate following, we are expanding our Front Office Team and are seeking a passionate and reliable Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent to join us.

This role is primarily Night Audit, with the flexibility to support Guest Service Agent shifts when required.

About the Role

As a Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the hotel.

This position will predominantly involve Night Audit shifts from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with occasional flexibility to work Guest Service Agent shifts from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM as required.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and memorable stay experience
Complete Night Audit procedures including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing reports
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns with confidence and professionalism
Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation at all times
Support Front Office operations across both Night Audit and GSA shifts
Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel during overnight operations

About You

Previous Night Audit experience is advantageous
Experience using OPERA or a similar PMS system is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and confident working independently overnight
Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to transition between Night Audit and GSA shifts when required
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
RSA Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record
