Bbqwerribee is seeking a capable and driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our passionate and dedicated team. This is an opportunity for somebody who wants to continue their development in the hospitality industry, with a view to becoming a Venue Manager in the future.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure good communication between FOH and BOH
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
Manage reservation systems (around 100 seats), handle customer inquiries and feedback
Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by implementing operational improvements and fostering a positive work environment
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all areas of the venue

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
Inherent service and hospitality skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team with confidence and respect
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, making good decisions under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic, good character, determination
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
A desire for self-development and self-improvement
