BFT Keilor is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivating Casual/Part time coach to join our team!
As a Coach at BFT Keilor, you will be responsible for:
Coaching high-energy group classes
Engaging with members and creating an incredible training atmosphere
Providing technique correction and individual support
Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
Opening and/or closing the studio as needed
Bringing positivity, energy, and encouragement to every session
The type of coach we are looking for:
Is personable, engaging, and genuinely cares about member success
Has a positive attitude and an optimistic approach
Brings high energy and passion to health & fitness
Thrives in a community-focused environment
Works well within a team/ team player
Loves motivating others and delivering a world-class training experience
You must obtain:
Cert III & IV in Fitness
Current CPR & First Aid
Previous group training experience (bonus if within the BFT Network)
Experience with content creation for social media
Experience in driving membership sales and growth
