Full Job Description

National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic, highly-organised and experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly team at Wyndham Dental Solutions on a part-time basis.

Our company is uniquely led by an elite group of dentists who form the Clinical Advisory Committee.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist in our thriving Wyndham Dental Solutions practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

Dental Assisting experience - essential
Dental Receptionist experience - highly regarded
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - preferred but not essential
Availability to work required rostered hours:
Mondays and Tuesdays: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Fridays: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturdays: 7:45am - 12:00pm

You are:

Enthusiastic, warm and have a can-do attitude
Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
