As an Account Manager (Food & Beverage), you will drive the growth of our specialised gas solutions by developing deep partnerships across food processing and beverage production sectors.
Your role combines strategic outbound sales with high-level account management. You will be the face of Air Liquide for our metro partners while hitting the road to support our expanding footprint across Eastern Victoria and Southern New South Wales.
Strategic Growth: Secure new opportunities within the F&B portfolio, supporting our customers with growth and expansion projects.
Relationship Management: Act as a technical and business consultant to ensure our gases improve the efficiency and quality of our customers’ products.
Technical Support: Coordinate customer training on gas safety and application, providing practical assistance to optimise production lines.
Territory Coverage: Travel throughout the assigned territory ( Eastern Metro, Eastern VIC, and Southern NSW ) to maintain a visible and reliable presence.
Contract Excellence: Manage a robust customer portfolio, ensuring contract compliance and the renewal of standard agreements.
Market Intelligence: Gather sector-specific insights to help shape our regional F&B strategy.
F&B Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with experience in the food and beverage industry or industrial gas sales.
Proven Closer: Experience in account management with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Territory Management: Ability to manage a geographic split between high-volume metro accounts and regional travel requirements.
Communication: High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership and present technical solutions clearly.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM usage, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification (Business or related) is preferred but not required.
Ownership: A "can-do" attitude with the initiative to drive change and take ownership of customer outcomes.
