About the Role
As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations across our Food & Beverage outlets. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will drive service excellence, build a strong team culture, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience every time.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, creativity, and attention to detail will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets within the hotel

Inspire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team

Ensure exceptional guest service aligned with IHG brand standards

Manage rostering, labour costs, and operational efficiency

Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and local engagement

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements

Monitor and achieve financial targets including budgets and KPIs

Collaborate closely with culinary and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
About You

Proven experience in a Venue Manager or senior F&B leadership role within hotels, restaurants, or premium venues

Strong understanding of hotel operations (preferred)

A natural leader who motivates and empowers teams

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences

Commercially savvy with strong financial and operational acumen

Excellent communication and organisational skills
