Join the growing team at CMI Hino - we are now seeking qualified technicians to join our well established and professional service team.
At CMI Hino we not only work on the wide range of Hino trucks, we also undertake a full range of work. From regular scheduled servicing, electrical work, diagnostics and full rebuilds of major components such as engines and transmissions, we also undertake a range of predelivery work and fit outs for our new vehicles.
Your main responsibilities

Repairs, service and inspections to engines, gearboxes, brakes, diffs etc. on a wide range of trucks and buses.
Diagnostic analysis using the latest diagnostic software and computer equipment
Produce clear and concise reports detailing all work carried out on repair orders including supplies used and recommendations in a prioritised order
Provide support and guidance to Apprentice mechanics / mechanics / trade assistants

If you have the following, APPLY Today

Minimum certificate 3 mechanical trade certificate/qualification
Experience in the Heavy Vehicle industry
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a customer focused team
Current HC/HR drivers licence an advantage but not essential
Pride in your work with an ability to work to targets and high standards
High levels of motivation, reliability with a can-do, positive attitude
Effective communication skills with a commitment to workplace safety
Own tools (specialised tooling available from our inhouse tool room!)
