What does the job look like?
Linfox is seeking a Despatch Coordinator to support a major customer based in Derrimut. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate customer orders, manage despatch activities, allocate workload priorities and ensure products are dispatched accurately, safely and on time while maintaining strong customer relationships and service levels. This role will be a permanent position (7am starts). Key areas:
Coordinate customer order processing and despatch activities to meet operational deadlines.
Allocate workload and forecast picking requirements across multiple customer channels.
Monitor order accuracy, pallet movements and despatch performance to achieve service expectations.
Deliver timely customer support and resolve customer service enquiries.
Generate KPI reporting and maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Liaise with warehouse, transport and customer stakeholders to support efficient operations.
Are you the one?
You are an organised logistics professional with experience in warehousing, despatch or supply chain operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating competing priorities and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong safety focus. You can demonstrate:
Experience within logistics, warehousing or a related supply chain environment.
SAP experience or exposure to warehouse and logistics systems.
Experience coordinating despatch operations, order allocation or workload planning.
Strong focus on safety, compliance and KPI achievement.
Ability to work with transport providers, warehouse teams and customers to meet service requirements.
Strong attention to detail with accurate reporting and paperwork management capabilities.
