Adaptify is a remote-first startup working at the intersection of AI, SEO, and digital marketing. We build smart tools that help businesses grow online — faster and more effectively than traditional approaches. Our team is small, moves quickly, and uses the latest AI technology to build products that actually make a difference for our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who's comfortable building real products from the ground up. You'll work on AI-powered web applications — writing clean code, shipping features end-to-end, and experimenting with new ways to use AI tools in your everyday workflow.

This is a fully remote role with flexible, async work. That means no micromanaging, no set hours — just a focus on doing great work and delivering results. If you're self-driven, technically strong, and excited about where AI is taking software development, this could be a really exciting opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Build full-stack web applications from frontend through to backend

Develop AI-powered features using large language models and automation tools

Write clean, production-ready code using modern frameworks and languages

Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services into the products you build

Use AI coding tools like Cursor, GPT, and Claude to work smarter and move faster

Take features all the way from idea to code to live deployment

Work on SEO and marketing automation tools that serve real client needs

Debug, optimise, and maintain systems as they scale

Collaborate with a global remote team using async communication tools

Experiment with AI workflows and prompt-based development approaches

What We're Looking For

Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend

Solid skills in JavaScript or TypeScript — Python is a big plus

Experience working with frameworks like React, Next.js, or Node.js

Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL or Firebase.

Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
